I remember you told me about this a number of years ago. I started to REALLY believe it when our expensive new electric oven in Gorgy kept fusing the whole house when we turned it OFF.
All the experts we consulted on it confirmed that was not possible.
They changed all sorts of bits and pieces, under guarantee, during several visits, but of no avail.
