I'm urgently waiting for thawte to issue an SSL web-server certificate, and I'm already starting to regret having used them. I submitted a request last Friday, and all I'm getting in the way of response is a pending. Since it is urgent, I'm hitting refresh on their status site every ten minutes or so, and I've had all sorts of errors; this is the current one.

Mails and faxes to their customer support have so-far also gone unanswered!

Update: at 15:10 I receive an automated response with a bleedin' winmail.dat attached to it!
