Don't Trust my Statistics

When user accounts are terminated, the old mail stores are now removed; that bit was easy of course.

Quite a bit more trouble was to get the statistics and visualization bit cleaned up, because I'd forgotton to cater for users who are moved from one server to
another when they are relocated geographically.

idiot proof

That means I suddenly had statistics for a user on two different mail servers, whereby one of the two was being reported dormant since a while back.

Messing around with the XML-RPC service a bit, cured the problem.
