Document Backup

Have you ever had a word processor crash whilst writing a long text? If you have, you know the feeling, and if you haven't, you certainly don't want to experience that feeling.

Email Backup extension for OpenOffice.org is a small plugin which allows you to quickly pop the current document off via mail, thereby creating a backup (remember what Linus once said: real men..). It is based on a macro which does the same.

On a similar note but only available on Windows comes Backup to E-Mail, an explorer extension that sends any file off to a Gmail account (or similar).
