A First Document Issue in OOO.org
I've been sent the first Microsoft Word document which doesn't open correctly in OpenOffice.org. Once in a while I'll see the odd glitch in a Winword document imported into Open Office, but in this case, only the first page (of twenty two) are displayed at all.
The document has a two–column layout (nothing special), and it doesn't render in Microsoft's Word Viewer '97 either; only after installing Word Viewer 2003 (and waiting for four minutes while the program renders the document!) can I see its content. Which is useless anyway, because the program isn't available for Linux.

Same with latest OOo-version? Afaik sme things in the importer lately changed.
And if not: Write up a mock-document and feel free to submit a bug-report

Yes: all versions I tried had the same behaviour. Unfortunately I cannot submit that document as it contains sensitive information, but as soon as I get the next that I can distribute, I will of course submit a report.
