coComment apologizes
Just over a year after starting with coComment, they decide to revamp everything: the Firefox plug in became a disaster, the coComment site itself turns into a mess, and I was about to dump the lot.
This morning I get an apology:
We are sorry and promise not to do it to you again.
Ok, thanks.
I've re-installed the plugin and I'll keep an eye on things. I still think the old coComment web interface was much better, though. Never touch a running system!

If we never touched the running system we'd never move forward !
During our test phase, most people were very positive about the new interface. It was only when we went live that we got the full wrath of our userbase !
So, we're now working on a redesign to give people back what they liked about coComment V1.0 whilst keeping the new functionality that we introduced for V2.0. Should be done fairly soon so keep popping back and, please, we always take feedback seriously and respond so keep it coming.
Cheers,
Matt.
