The wrong button
It is a month ago, that the books were shipped from the UK to the USA. Now, this isn't really a long time, unless you are waiting for the Order Now button to show up on Amazon.
The current state there is, that you can currently pre-order the book:
Unfortunately, neither do I have an idea when that will change, nor do I know anybody who can tell me when that situation will change.
Disappointing.
