Back at $MEGACORP we often have a laugh because, whenever somebody reports a problem, they frequently believe it is due to either the DNS or the Autoproxy script (i.e. the Proxy Autoconfig file).

I laughed therefore, when I saw the following header, on Kris Buytaert's blog.

Makes me feel like getting an appropriate t-shirt. Hmm… Perhaps something along the lines of

Anyways, invariably, the problems reported are not due to the DNS or the PAC file. (If only more people would ready my book!)
