Installing a New BlackBerry Device Firmware

You are own your own here…
- Quit Desktop Manager
- Install the 8xxxxx….???.exe file
- Remove the vendor.xml file
- To get all the themes from the firmware, edit the blackberry.alx file and remove the attributes _vendorID="..."
- Launch Desktop Manager and perform the actual firmware update
- Hold your breath…
