A few days ago I noticed a large number of message delivery failures to a Domino server. They were all similar:
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
j.jolie@domino.example.com
SMTP error from remote mail server [...]
